Shipping policy
We currently ship to addresses within mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man & the Channel Islands.
We ship items with the Royal Mail and provide you with a tracking reference by email. If you follow the link to the tracking on Royal Mail's website and an update cannot yet be provided it often means that the parcel is still in the Royal Mail system and an update will be provided soon.
All orders will be shipped the next working day on a Tracked 48 service. Orders placed between 3pm Friday and 8am Monday may not be despatched until the Monday.
We do not ship on major public holidays, including but not restricted to Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Bank Holidays.
Our delivery estimate on the product page takes into consideration our despatch date and a 2 working day (+ Saturday) delivery period. Please note we do not have control over this and it can sometimes take as long as 5 working days but this is rare.
During busier periods (e.g. Christmas or Black Friday) it can take longer. If it has been longer than this timeframe and you have still not received your parcel please contact us at sales@foshbottle.com and we would be more than happy to investigate the delay immediately for you.
